Most sales reps want to know how to sell more. Even with lots of sales training, however, many still struggle with the "how to", the actual application of training and development of skill. Most learn to avoid doing those activities they don't do well.Real skill development comes through learned knowledge, and gaining confidence and competence through application and positive reinforcement. This is a process best done by an experienced coach who actually watches the performance, assesses it quantitatively, and gives direct, specific feedback.
