The principal, Doug Cowan, is broadly experienced in direct sales and sales management. He has over 25 years of sales and management experience, eighteen with Hewlett-Packard (Canada), and subsidiary spin-off company, Agilent Technologies (Canada).
He has a strong technical background, augmented by a B.Sc. degree in physics.
An experienced sales trainer, Doug has held the position of National Sales Training Manager, and is a past certified instructor of the Dale Carnegie Course.
In the role of consultant, Doug creates and delivers Sales Improvement Programs to help companies develop their sales performance. He enjoys working directly with his client's sales reps and managers, helping them to find and close more sales.
